Minimum Driving Experience: 24 Months of Experience For Solo/First Driver | 12 Months of Experience For Second Driver

For team drivers: First driver must have 24 months of verifiable CDL-A experience – Second driver must have 12 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.

Payment for Miles: All miles, both empty and loaded, are paid ZIP to ZIP.

Charges in Case of Driver-Fault Accidents:

Charges are deducted from the driver’s paycheck on a weekly basis, as agreed upon.

Payment for Detention, Extra Stops, Layovers, and Inspections

Driver Payment Information: Initial paycheck is issued on the second Friday after starting. Paychecks are processed weekly every Friday via direct deposit.

Operational Areas: AGY operates across all 48 states, including regular loads to Florida (Miami) and Indianapolis.

Default Home Time: West Coast Drivers (west of I-35): 4 weeks OTR with 1 week off. Travel expenses up to $250 are covered.

Other Drivers: 2 weeks OTR with 3 days off.

Truck Speed: Trucks are governed at 70 MPH.

Truck Equipment: Trucks are 2024–2026 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, equipped with APU, inverter, fridge, and microwaves (on request). All trucks have PrePass.

Orientation: Orientation lasts up to 24 hours, held on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Flights, transportation, and hotel expenses are reimbursed up to $250 with the first paycheck. Drivers also receive a $50 bonus for completing orientation.

Truck Assignment during Orientation: Trucks are assigned based on driving experience and available equipment.

Pet & Rider Policy: Allowed with prior approval and a signed waiver.

Truck Parking Expenses during Home Time: Drivers are responsible for covering truck parking expenses themselves.
